How we work with clients.

與客人在現場見面,就場地情況討論客人的想法,功能性需求,以及設計風格

Meet guests on site to discuss guests’ ideas, functional needs, and design styles about the venue.

準備第一稿設計概念圖和初步報價

Prepare the first draft design concept drawing and preliminary quotation.

同意設計以及報價,或者提出修改意見,進行二稿修改

Agree to the design and quotation, or propose changes and make second draft amendments.

簽合同和交定金,以及確認開工時間

Sign the contract and pay the deposit, as well as confirm the start time.

05

施工,按照合同分期支付合同款,任何更改,需簽訂變更合同

Construction, according to the contract to pay the contract in installments, any change, need to sign a change contract.

06

完工,尾款,乙方執行應有的保修合同

Completion, the balance, Party B to implement the due warranty contract.
